Real nice second owner mobile excavator for sale. The M318 is great in subdivisions and street work due to it's 21mph travel speed and rubber tires that won't damage asphalt and concrete surfaces. I used this machine to dig basements in two different subdivisions that were 6 miles apart. No loading or hauling, just drive 'er down the road and be on site in 15 minutes ready for the next dig. This machine is above average and has just come off of a job, ready for the next. It features a live thumb, making it great for demo work, 42" bucket(1 yd) with paddle teeth, wedge lock quick coupler controlled from the cab,(flip a switch and dump the bucket for heavy lifting) dual 10x20 lug type tires(75% remaining), four outriggers, V/A boom, travel lock, a/c, and is plumbed for hammers or swivel buckets. The thumb and quick coupler are both from Peterson Cat in California so they are installed correctly and function perfectly. I just spent $15,000 last year having the transmission gone through by Wagner Equipment. It does have a few leaks from the boom cylinders, but they are small and infrequent. It has 4,444 hours on the meter. I have owned it for the last three years with 3,600 hours on it when I bought it from Granite Construction in California.
