• It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to complete the transaction with Catfish Networks.   If payment or check out information is not received within 7 days, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay. If after 7 days from filing the Unpaid Item Dispute we fail to receive payment or notice from the winning bidder, we will close the dispute, post appropriate feedback, and relist the item. No international payments.   We declare the actual invoice cost on all products shipped.
• Shipping and handling charges for all shipments are UPS Ground unless winning bidder specifies a different method at the time of purchase.   Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.   No international credit cards. Funds must clear our bank before shipping. No international sales, except to Canada.

• RETURN POLICY: Items sold AS IS are not eligible for return or refund.  Warranty for seven (7) days.  Please contact us with any issues so we can troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a return is necessary. All items must be in their original packaging, with no missing items. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back are not eligible for a refund. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser's responsibility. If you have any questions about a product, please visit the manufacturer's website or call their customer service before placing a bid. If you still have questions after contacting the maufacturer, please contact us. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
