This CAT'S MEOW VILLAGE piece is the STEPHEN HOPKINS HOME. It is a RETIRED 1992 part of the SIGNERS OF THE DECLARATION SERIES and has become HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE! Hopkins was the oldest delegate from Rhode Island, at 70. It is made from PINE and NOT PRESSED BOARD. It is in good condition, with minimal wear. It does have some paint on the front from another piece when they were stacked together, which might be able to be cleaned off.
