This painting was inspired by the images of the many petroglyphs and pictographs to be found in the caves and canyons of the North American Southwest. The cave art is thousands of years old and yet most of it looks as modern as if it was done today. This painting is an original one of a kind work of art done in professional quality acrylics on stretched gallery wrap canvas. It is not a print or reproduction of any kind. It is painted in a painterly expressionistic way for a vivid colorful abstract effect. The painting extends around the sides so that a frame is not necessary. It measures about 20 X 16 X 3/4". It is wired on the back so that it is ready to hang. It will be signed on the front and signed and dated on the back as well. I have tried to make the colors of my photo match the painting exactly, but please be aware that color can vary from one monitor to another. Please email me with any questions or concerns. Shipping for this painting is free to US locations. I will ship the next business day after receiving a cleared payment. I ship by UPS Ground which usually takes about 1 to 6 business days in transit. Payment should be received by me within 4 days of the end of the auction.
