This is a Celestion G12M-70 16 ohms.  It says 15 on the back but is really 16 ohms.  I got it and ended up not being able to use it with my amp.  Its in good condition but since I was never able to use it, I don't know what it sounds like.  But bid with confidence that its a great speaker.  After all, it is a Celestion.
