This is the most precious little Hair Brush only 4.5 ins long made for some lucky baby. The material is celluloid and it has an enameled decoration on it. There is also a very small area, about the size of a dime where the material is darker than the rest. Super soft bristles as well, but I have no idea what they are made of. It is surely something from the 1930s.
