near Seattle and is really nice! This piece is brand new and in mint condition. Our ponytail holder will literally fit anybody,
 regardless how thin or thick their hair is. Simply wrap the elastic around as many times as is necessary, just as you would
any elastic hair band. They have proven to be the single most popular item we have ever created.
