Monument will be palletized and shipped via R+L Carriers w/ free liftgate service, free call before delivery and StoneArtUSA's company discounted rates. If delivery is to a cemetery it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the cemetery to make sure they will accept this monument. Every cemetery is different, some have rules and fees that need to be dealt with prior to delivery. If your cemetery requires monument information from me, the manufacturer, I will be happy to contact them on your behalf.

after you receive and approve your proof, an invoice for the Lettering, Shipping & any other Extra Selections will be sent via PayPal. Balance is to be paid in full before your completed memorial is shipped.
An email requesting your custom inscription, selection of font & spacer will be sent to you after you place your order. Please include any special instructions, i.e. portrait to the left, crop portrait at the shoulders, etc.. A proposed layout or "proof" will be emailed back to you as soon as possible.
The better the photo - the better the etching. Any photo can be used, however it is best if a professional quality photo is available. Otherwise, it should be clear and in focus. The more contrast - the better. Shadows accross the subjects face is usually not good. At least a 4"x6" image size is recommended. Corlor or Black & White is OK. I can do editing such as crop, remove background, fix scratches, some contrast improvement, etc.. I cannot fix an out of focus image.

All StoneArtUSA products are custom made specially for you, so please carefully review your proposed proof prior to etching. We strive to please all customers. Quality satisfaction terms on all finished products are based on the image quality submitted. Unfortunately, due to our products being custom made, returns due to poor quality images sumitted will not be accepted. Please follow our recommendations on picture requirements to get the best results. If the image requirements are not met, before producing the product we will contact you requesting an alternative image meeting our requirements. If the requirements cannot be met, we will provide you with the option of continuing production with that image. In that case, the sale will be final. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us of the damage within 72 hours by sending an e-mail to www.stoneartusa@pwhome.com to obtain instructions. If you receive a defective or incorrect item StoneArtUSA reserves the right to replace the defective/incorrect item with one that meets the original order. You may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect or damaged product for internal review prior to any action being taken. Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product. If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered.

I left feedback on Ebay but words cannot express the beautiful Stone Monument we purchased from you. The etched picture of my son was perfect and the lettering is so nice. My older son and I installed the stone within an hour of receiving it. By the time all of the family gathered to see the stone it was dark. We slanted our headlights towards the stone. The light made the picture of my son look as if it were coming from with in the stone. Beautiful!! From initially answering my questions while searching for a monument and helping me through the ordering process to receiving it from the shipper you have been very responsive and professional. Rest assured that this marker is the very same quality or better than the markers sold for hundreds, even thousands more in the funeral industry . The granite and laser etching are covered by a Full 100% Perpetual Warranty...this warranty never ends!
Also, do not be misled by those who say "laser etching just scratches the surface and it will not last". Laser etching is as permanent as the granite it self, with a life expectancy of 300+ years; Google "laser etching cemetery" and see for yourself.
