This Private Mailing Card was authorized by Congress in 1898,  printed in 1900, and  was finally mailed in 1913. Police Headquarters was located on Centre St. and in the last decade was converted to a condo development. There is a crease on the lower right and a light cancel on the left face. We specialize in BETTER cards from all five boroughs of NYC consisting of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, The Bronx and those Long Island communities that form Queens County.
