This is a beautiful, realistic Salt and Pepper Shaker set from Ceramic Arts Studio of Madison Wis,  made in the 50s, I believe.  Thai and Thai-Thai are taking a snooze.  Thai is the one with open eyes.  Thai-Thai is 2"x 5.25" and Thai is a little over 2"x 4.5".  Both are marked and named on the bottom. This company began operation around 1940 and closed in 1955.  The pieces are all very collectible but you must watch out for Japanese copies.  These are marked on the bottoms of both shakers.  You will be pleased with this set.  I will be listing more CAS pieces as I get time.  I have a lot of them.        Be sure to add me to your favorites list!  Thank You for stopping by, but, before you leave, Please take a few minutes to check out our ONLINE eBay store "LITTLE GREEN STORE BUS."
