Please note that we may not always have these items ready to ship right out when auction ends, but we can have one ready in a couple of days. If you need a larger number of items or would like something painted then we will need longer to get them ready. You can e-mail us if you would like to find out when we can have an item/items ready for shipping. We do not sell outside of ebay. If you need something made or painted that is not in my ebay store then you will need to e-mail me with your request so I can list it for you to purchase. I will notify you by e-mail when the item is ready to be listed on ebay.  If you want something handpainted, when it is finished I will e-mail you pictures of the finished product. I will then list it in my store for you to purchase. 

     All ceramic items are insured,it is included with shipping and handling cost. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods thru the mail. If you need to return something, you will need to e-mail me with an explanation as to why to need to return it. I will then make a decision from your explanation. If I send you the wrong item, I will definitely accept your return.
