PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: We prefer online payment using PayPal. For your convenience, we also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Your item(s) will be shipped once payment is received.
PAYMENT REMITTANCE POLICIES: We require payment within 7 days from the close of auction. If you haven't paid after 5 days, we'll send an email to remind you when payment is due. Unfortunately if you do not meet this deadline, your high-bidder status may be revoked and the item offered to the next highest bidder or relisted. Let us know if you're sending a Money Order or Cashier's Check, so we know payment is on the way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We promise fast shipping! We ship all items within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment. Items shipped by Priority Mail will arrive at its destination within 2-3 days. Express Shipping items will be shipped within 24 hours from the close of auction and will arrive the next day. Items shipped First Class will be delivered depending on your location, and may take up to a week to arrive.
SHIPPING FEES: We keep our shipping costs low by charging an exact shipping fee, which is determined by the package weight, your address, and type of shipping method used. Our handling fees are low, only $0.50, to cover shipping materials and supplies. All packages are shipped using First Class Mail (if under 13 oz), USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail. SHIPPING INSURANCE: Insurance is optional. Costs start at $1.65 and increase with the value of the product. USPS Express Mail is automatically covered by insurance up to $100. If the value of the package exceeds $100, insurance costs will be added.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use First Class International and Priority Mail International.
COMBINED SHIPPING RATES: We gladly combine shipping on items won within 7 days of one another. Email us for the combined rate using your preferred shipping method.
RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, so please ask any question you wish before you bid on an item. We will answer your questions, send you extra photos, and provide any information you need.
