Anyone kissing the stone is supposed to become skillful in flattering and coaxing. The word is used in its general sense in a letter of Sir Walter Scott (1796).

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in our packaging, but if by some unforeseen accident the insured item is lost* or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund for that item - the refund will come from USPS or DHL. We will assist you in anyway we can, but the REFUND for damaged or lost goods will be sent to you by the courier - not us. We will gladly help you complete/fill out any and all forms necessary to obtain your refund.

 

*Please note that a parcel is not considered lost until 21 days domestic and 45 days for International shipments has lapsed since the shipment date.
