Shipping is from Hickory, North Carolina by UPS Ground Monday through Friday. You can generally anticipate deliver in just over a week (7-10 days) after 1-2 day handling time. We do not supply tracking numbers unless at least 10 days has transpired. No other shipping alternatives are available as shipping is controlled by Hanes

We do not stock any merchandise. All items are shipped from the warehouse in North Carolina. We depend on Hanesbrand inventory for availability which can change momentarily due to sales volume. Any item can be placed on Out of Stock or BackOrder at any moment beyond our control.
See return policy in listing. We do not accept returns on intimates such as bra's, panties etc. We do not do exchanges as we don't stock the merchandise. There is a 15% restock fee on accepted returns.
