- All return products for any reason MUST obtain an RMA number before it is being shipped back. To obtain an RMA # please go to http://titannotebook.com/company/RMA_form.asp. A return item without an RMA number on box will not be accepted by our warehouse.
- All products can be returned for money back within 30 days from invoice date. Refund item must be in original condition and refund will be given as Money Back less shipping cost. If the returned items are not defective, we charge 15% restocking fee of the final price of the item.
Defective product mayl be replaced with another brand new unit within 30 days from invoice date.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages.
- All products can only be replaced after 30 days from invoice date. After 30 days from invoice date, refund will not be available for returned item.
