Leonard Auction will ship items to almost all Domestic and International locations via the United States Postal Service unless the description notes that the item is only available for local pickup.

Please use eBay's Shipping Calculator to determine the shipping cost to your location. Please note that we require insurance for all items that we sell. The insurance cost is determined by the final bid price of an item and is provided by Stamps.com.

Leonard Auction will ship multiple auctions together provided that the auctions end within the same calendar week (Sunday through Saturday).

We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer returns on most items we sell.

Return rules:

1. Returns are not available for items that are Sold As-Is.
2. Return will not be granted when buyer leaves negative feedback.
3. Return will not be granted when the item is damaged during shipping (this must be handled through an insurance claim that may take up to 30 days to process).
4. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
5. Items received without an RMA number, or later then 10 days after an RMA may be refused or will be accessed a $25 handling fee.
6. Returned items will carry a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75) unless the item is replaced or significantly not as described in a way that directly affects its value or usability.

1. An RMA must be requested by calling 630-495-0280 during our regular business hours (Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm CST) within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Carefully package and ship the item back to Leonard Auction within 10 days of the RMA.
3. Upon return satisfaction, Leonard Auction will refund the purchase price of the item through the method the item was originally paid.

Leonard Auction was founded by auctioneer and appraiser John Leonard in 2004. Leonard Auction began as an on-site auction company and eBay seller before opening our first auction house in 2006. Located in Naperville, Illinois, the business quickly outgrew our space and in September of 2007 we opened our new auction house in Addison, Illinois. Our premiere 8,000 square foot facility is one of the largest in Chicago and features a unique showroom and auction floor that provides the industry's best experience for bidders.

Leonard Auction conducts twelve Decorative Arts & Furniture auctions throughout the year on the second Saturday of each month.
