This is a fleece 1/4 zip pullover sweatshirt for women from CHARTER CLUB Petite in a size Petite Small.  This top is 84% cotton, 11% polyester and 5% spandex in black.  Care instructions are for machine washing in cold water with tumble dry on low.  This sweatshirt has a zipper in the center front and slits on either side seam that measure up an inch.  This top is new with tag attached.  The picture is just a bit washed out from the flash but this top is in fact very black.
