TERMS AND CONDITIONS

My preferred method of payment is paypal (no charges), although i am also willing to accept uncrossed postal orders.

As the seller, I reserve the right to cancel bids.

International bidders i only accept paypal.

Contact is to be made within 3 days of the auction ending, and payment is to be received within 7 days. If nothing is received on the seventh day, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.

I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases as long as the items are paid for in one single transaction. Please contact me for discounted postage costs. If payment is made before you ask for a discount, then excess costs will not be refunded!

Please make sure you read listing description clearly - I always list the measurements where appropriate (stickers, stools), so please do not leave feedback saying you are disappointed with size as information is there for you before you purchase!!

I always give an accurate description of all my items, and therefore i do not accept refunds, unless in exceptional circumstances, where a refund (excluding postage) will be given on receipt of the item.

I take pride in my packing & all items are wrapped suitably & securely. Therefore i will not be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged during transit.

I send all my items via recorded delivery (unless otherwise stated).

I will try my very best to post your item on the next working day after payment is received, but sometimes it will take me a bit longer.

Please confirm receipt of your item by leaving appropriate feedback. That way i know you are happy with your purchase and can leave feedback in return.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback. Problems can be resolved!
