I am an avid collector of Cherished Teddies and have been since 1996. I have almost everything Priscilla and now Glenn have created in the Cherished Teddies line in my own personal collection. The pieces I’m selling are not from my own personal collection. I take great pride in selling top quality bears. I don’t sell bears that I wouldn’t be proud to put in my own personal collection. Most of the bears I sell are new in box, if they aren’t; I clearly state it in my ad. Even though I only advertise one of a kind in my store I might have duplicates. If you purchase an item from me where the condition of the item is marked “Mint”, it is USED or I’m not sure whether it’s new or used. The condition will be clearly stated, i.e. Mint gently used. I would like all my customers to be satisfied and will try hard to accommodate you the best I can within reason. If you are returning the product you purchased from me you must contact me within 2 days of receipt. The product must be posted back to me within two days of contact. Refunds will be made when the product arrives back to me not until. The item must be returned to me in the same condition I sent it. Below are the return adjustment scenarios:

***Gross misrepresentation of the product in my Auctions or eBay Store I will refund your money for the product, postage and return product postage. Refund will be made upon return arrival of product to me.

***Buyer’s Remorse If you purchase an item from me where the condition of the item is not marked “NEW”, it is USED. I try to describe it as best I can. If you have questions please ask before bidding on used items or new items if you have them. I will give you a full refund minus all shipping charges eBay Fee's and PayPal Fees (if you paid via Paypal). The item must be returned to me in the same condition I sent it.  Again, no refund until package is back in my hands. 

***NOT Insured? If your item was damaged or lost in transit there will NOT be a refund of any kind. I take great care in packaging and labeling my items to prevent damage or loss. It is your responsibility to insure your item if you want it fully protected until it arrives on your door step.

***Overseas Customers: If you purchased postal insurance and your item arrives broken (please hold the entire package) or if it’s lost in transit I will put paper work in for you at the United States Post Office. This process takes time so please, be patient, refunds don’t happen overnight. I will keep you informed along the way. Remember, we are dealing with two different Post Offices and possibly the Customs Office in your country and they all have to complete their part. Damaged items: at some point you will be asked to take the item to the Post Office or Customs Office but not until I inform you to do so. You will not get the refund from me, it comes directly from the Post Office.

***US Customers: If you purchased insurance and your item arrives broken I will fill out the paper work send it to you with the Post Office insurance tag where you will need to fill out your portion of the paper work and take it to the Post Office and give them the entire package along with the paper work. The Post Office will refund your money after they process your claim.  If your item did not arrive at all I will fill out the paper work send it to you where you will complete your portion and take it to the Post Office. The Post Office will refund your money after they process your claim. The Post refunds all money including postage but minus the insurance.
