I generally accept returns on most anything other than digital media (music, software, etc.) If an identical item is available, an even exchange will be made. Otherwise, a cash refund or credit will be issued to you upon safe receipt of the item. I reserve the right to make return decisions based on all applicable conditions and circumstances, however I have always managed to satisfy the customer in the rare instances where a return has been necessary. |
