This is a computerized enlargement of a very miniature etching that the renowned miniature artist John Anthony Miller did in 1979. The original etching was 7/8" by 1" . The print shown here for sale has been enlarged and printed on WHITE HEAVY ARCHIVAL stock paper--the size of the paper is 11" by 8-1/2" and the image size is 5-1/2" by 3-3/4"...
Note: The print shown here was previously sold so the writing in pencil under the print will be different.
The print is hand titled and signed in pencil by John Anthony Miller and comes with a Certificate of Assurance by Phantom Bookshop in Ventura, CA.
It is only coming to light about 20 years later the total extent and ability of this artist that was made in the field of the miniature print. We now have collectors ordering the enlarged prints to compliment the smaller original etchings that they have in their collections.
