This is CHESTER The Clown, from the CLOWN TOWN COLLECTION!

He has never been removed from the box, however, the box is taped together. 

Our clown stands about 11 inches high.  The plastic wrap is still on his hands, protecting them. 

He has a fun outfit of plaid and white satin.  He has a smiling face that is sure to cheer anyone.
