Variable Speed works fine up and down in RPM

The quill travels nicely up and down. (Actually has coil return spring and begins going up if you let go of handle)

Quill Clamp (Manual) locks up the spindle well (Works fine)

The power feed turns when engaged. Power feed engages properly to ensure power feed of quill. But the knob for engaging is broken (I would say i see more broken than not)

You can see clearly the Flaking on the Saddle ways still. (Pretty good shape)

All the handles are with Machine
