Bidding: Remember that by placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle from DONNYROYSCOOLCARS. Read every word of our Terms and Conditions. Once you are sure you want the item, place your bid. Only bid if you are certain you want the item and already have the means to complete the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
BID RETRACTIONS. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDERS. We do not accept bids from people who have Negative Feedback unless they have emailed an acceptable explanation to us. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Bidder's Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Bid Retraction: Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid". If you place a bid before the
last 12-hour period of the auction, you may retract the bid before the last 12-hour
period only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid
during the last 12-hour period of the auction. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour
period of the auction, you will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances
only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.
Financing: PAYMENT METHODS include approved Credit Cards, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer, or financing from our approved lenders. All funds must be in US dollars only. Buyer's Inspection: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. DONNYROYSCOOLCARS has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome a buyers inspection. The PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION, if needed, can be made before the auction ends. Do not plan on conducting a decision making final inspection upon arrival at the dealership after the auction is over. It is the buyer's responsibility to bid on the vehicle as if his bid would be the winning bid. Bid only what you are comfortable paying should you win the auction. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, used vehicles are being sold as is. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturers warranties may still apply. Extended warranties AND financing may be available; please contact us for details.
Payments: The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable downpayment within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

BALANCE DUE. The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Taxes and Fees: To your Final Winning Bid add our $349.00 customer service fee. A $5.50 In-Transit Tag Fee will also apply for ALL buyers both in and out of state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. A local tax is applied to all deals, in state or out, but this amounts to less than 1% of the transaction.
Title Information: Because we are a full service Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Chevy dealer we often accept trades with title in transit. This means we are awaiting the clear title from the previous owner's lender. Therefore, title may not be readily available for the buyer when taking delivery of the vehicle. It is our pledge to get the title to you as soon as we acquire it and if you require overnight service, we will be happy to oblidge charging only the additional fee from shipping service.
Finalizing Your Purchase: TRADES. NO TRADES unless discussed and mutually agreed upon at least 24 hours prior to the auction ending.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS. The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes, or he/she must contact MICHAEL LEDFORD at 423.240.0420 or DEB GILMORE at 423.326.8219 within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. The winning bidder will email or fax us their name, address, phone, and fax number. Payment must be made within 3 business days or less.
Shipping and Delivery: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
