This auction is for the vinyl record from Chic, titled, C'est Chic. It was released in 1978. (Atlantic Records 19209). The vinyl is shiny and grades VG to VG+, with light scratches. Overall, the record plays well, but it has some light surface noise on the quieter parts of the songs Chic Cheer and I Want Your Love. The other 6 songs play very well. The jacket grades VG++, with some corner wear and a couple of 1/2 inch creases near a few of the edges.
SONGS: The record has 8 excellent disco soul songs and features the smash hit; Le Freak; plus Chic Cheer, Savoir Faire, Happy Man, I Want Your Love, At Last I Am Free, Sometimes You Win and Funny Bone. That's the record, good luck bidding!

Please note that all of my records are original U.S. first pressings; unless noted differently; where I write the record label and label number. Also, please note that I use a bright light to inspect each record for any possible scratches or marks and that I also play grade all the records I auction off. But I do not use pictures anymore because taking pictures is a lot of work and very time consuming and I've decided that it's really a better use of my time to play grade all the records I auction off. I simply don't have time to do both and I've decided that how a record sounds is more important than how a jacket looks. Since I do not do pictures; I'm very conservative with my jacket grading.
