When can I expect my item: We are a custom print shop located in Lakeland, FL. Every order placed is printed as soon as the auction is paid for. While most items are shipped the next day, each item is scheduled to leave our 2400 sq ft facility within 3-5 business days after payment is received. All items are shipped via usps 2-5day first class mail with delivery confirmation. Most items arrive to our customers within 7-10 business days, however...in very very rare cases an item may ship later than 5 business days. In the event that this happens you will be notified via personal email and a discount coupon will be sent with your purchase.

Any Size Auctions: If you purchase an "any size" auction, you are responsible for notifying us with the size you prefer. Your item will not ship until you notify us with a size. To do so you can either; email us at Sales@highfunk.com, contact us here on ebay, or note in your paypal upon payment. You must specify a size before we can authorize our team to print and ship your item. Any delay in specifying a size will delay the production and shipping of your "any size auction" item.

Upgraded Shipping: If for any such reason you need your item in a very timely matter....meaning to you within 1-5 days, do not hesitate to contact us here on ebay or at Sales@highfunk.com either before you place your bid or immediately after winning the auction to purchase upgraded priority or overnight shipping.

Feedback: Please email us if you have any questions, comments, or issues prior to leaving feedback. We leave mutual feedback and prefer nothing but positive comments and positive feedback.

Returns: Any item received is allowed to be returned/exchanged if and only if the item was shipped in an incorrect size, the image placement is wrong, or if the image printed is incorrect. Such returns are offered only in exchange as merchandise credit or replaced with a similar shirt. "Money Back Refunds" are only an option if the item has not been received within 14 business days. If you have ordered an item and found that it does not fit you may return it to our facility for a different size within 7-10 days. However, it must never have been worn or damaged. For direct replacement, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost to get the item back to us AND the additional cost for us to resend the item back out to them.

Care Instructions: Like all embellished garments, your item should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. Don't tumble dry (or dry clean); instead, it is best to hang dry your item. If you dry the item in the dryer, set dryer to low. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image. Items that are incorrectly cared for are not suitable for return, replacement, or refund.

All of our shirts are made with pre-shrunk cotton either 50/50 or 100%. We most commonly use Gildan, Jersee, Anvil, or Hanes shirts, unless otherwise specified. Our decals come with an outdoor life of 3-5 years and will adhere to most surfaces. Our decals come on white backing paper, with vinyl mask covering the top of it making it easy to peel off and ready to adhere.

To apply: Clean and dry the surface the item is going to adhere to. Then peal the mask and decal away from the backing paper and then place down on almost any smooth surface. Rub around the decal with your fingers or a towel ensuring the decal sticks to the surface and then slowly pull the mask away leaving only the decal to see!

Our vinyl and digital print decals can be ordered in an array of colors. If you would like the decal in a specific color, please do not hesitate to contact us for your upgrade custom product.
