This is a pair of classic gray brown fine tweed patterned 32% poly, 11% rayon/ 31% spandex blend pants from Chicos - with a double button waist and tapered leg fit. They are in like new condition - no stains, snags or holes and have just been dry cleaned. They are from a smoke free, pet free home. These will be your new favorite pants! I am cleaning out my attic (finally) and need to unload some stuff!

They are a Chico's size 1.5 (between a 10 and a 12). They have a 32" waist (fits slightly below the true waist), 11" rise and 31" inseam. They originally cost around $70. I am asking the amazing price of $19.99 with FREE shipping by Parcel Post Mail (domestic only).
