This is a pair of comfy yet classy silk (75%) linen (25%) pants from Chicos - with an elastic waistband and a cropped length. They are a lovely cherry red color with fine floral tone on tone pattern. They are in excellent condition - no stains, snags or holes and have just been dry cleaned. They are from a smoke free, pet free home. These will be your new favorite pants! I went a little crazy at Chicos and need to unload some stuff!

They are a Chicos size 1 (around an 10-12) but will fit a range of sizes because of the stretchy waistband. They have a 29" waist (unstretched), 10" rise and 21" inseam. They originally cost around $75. I am asking the amazing price of $14.99 with FREE shipping by Priority Mail.
