I am an artist who along with his wife, Presently a Veterinary Student have an animal sanctuary with rescued pot belly pigs and Dogs. We also have some sheep and a few cats. Perception of how we see animals as well as humans is a key element in my work and I strive to create a kinder world in a world that I find to be brutally cruel.

I have been a professional artist for over five years now and my pets and all animals including humans are the inspiration behind my work. I paint in a quick first handed style of painting were color, form, space, line, tempo, etc. are all a sense rather then a contrived thought and draw in charcoals under each painting on canvas the same way.Working very fast I and can finish a painting from beginning to end in the style I paint in including the drawing in anywhere between 25-45 minutes. And usually do 2-3 paintings a day. Often asked about my work, I tell people that I "humanize animals and animalize humans". All with a sense of irony and most of the time, Humor. 10% of this painting will be donated to the ASPCA. for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
