Valance: Bows tie across valance to give a gathered finish look. Rod tabs fits on a 2" rod pocket. Uses one rod. Crib ruffle: Box pleated crib ruffle to add a finish look to crib. The picture shows orange, but it is a lemon yellow color with blue. Fabric is 100% cotton. Machine wash and tumble dry.
