New with Restock Tags ( the prices aren't on this pair but it looks like they must have retagged them , they are not worn "The Children's Place"  Size Extra Large 11-12 BoysWater Shoes. Original price on tag  was $7.50 or 2 for $12.00 ( I had other pairs these do not show the price on the tag).  They are Baby Blue with white and dark blue trim.  The top Velcro shut.  They are water resistant and fast drying, with skid resistant soles.
