Waistband is 1" wide & has belt loops Front has zippered with goldtone buttom closure. Front has 3 darts on each side that form pleats. 3 in the front & 3 in the back. Waistband on the inside is an animal print. Under the skirt is Kaki Spandex pants. Measurements: Waist 24", Inseam 18", Fabric: 100% Cotton, Panty 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, Exclusive of Decoration Care: Turn garmet inside out to Machine wash cold water, when needed tumble dry.
