What is the task chart?
This task chart kit is a learning tool to help children, ages 3-11, choose to perform daily tasks or behaviors at home. The idea is for your child to have a list of tasks to do at home. Each time he/she performs the task they get a smile face, if they choose not to perform the task then they get a sad face. Once tasks are completed a positive reenforcement is given depending on how well the child did.
What does this task chart do for my child?
It helps them learn responsibility. Your child will learn about their choices and the consequences that follow. Your child now has something that he/she can see and visually track how well they stay on task when asked to do something. Most importantly it gets a child excited to learn and try hard. They will know that chart is their very own and it will motivate them to make good choices.
What is in the task chart kit?

The kit contains, 12 red smile faces, 12 blue sad faces, 30 different task cards, 5 blank task cards, 1 task chart, and an instruction sheet on how to best use the chart with your child.
