• Total length is about 20 inches and being made of elastic will stetch a couple inches more, or of course can be made a lot shorter.
• Hardware all works as it should.
• Gently worn but still in good used condition.

All items are shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation. We charge the actual cost of postage plus a $3.00 handling charge for the first item purchased, each additional item will cost an extra $1.00 for handling plus the actual shipping charge. We must charge this amount to recover costs associated with listing, selling, transportation, and clearance through US customs.

For our Canadian customers we can ship through CanadaPost but this will not change the stated shipping costs. The extra cost of special handling your package will offset any savings you might expect.

All items that are new are described as "NEW".

Cost of returning purchases to us is the sole responsibilty of the buyer. We do not reimburse shipping fees under any circumstances. Placing a bid is an acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms.

Insurance is strongly reccommended! We cannot and will not accept any responsibility for items that become lost, damaged, or stolen that were not insured. We will do our best to balance safely preparing your items for shipping and keeping the shipping and handling costs reasonable. If you would like "extra packaging" for your items please inquire for a quote before making payment.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment because it is fast and secure. If you are mailing payment by check, money order, or cashiers check we expect to receive it within 7 days. If we have not received payment within this time frame a "reminder" will be issued through eBay.
