We do our best to be as accurate as possible in our listings. Any item not specifically listed as NEW is obviously a used item. Some items we sell were purchased as part of a lot. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item other than what is stated in the listing, it is your obligation to e-mail us and ask before placing a bid or purchasing through Buy-It-Now. We do our best to be honest and accurate in our descriptions but we will not accept returns & give refunds if you dont bother to take the time and read the entire listing. Only if the item is clearly not what the listing describes it as (we do make an occasional mistake), will we accept the return and give a full refund. U.S. BUYERS ..... Payment must be made via Pay-Pal, by money order, or cashiers check as
stated below.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ..... NO checks or money orders accepted, only payment via Pay-Pal will be
accepted.
PAYMENT VIA PAY-PAL
Payment must be completed within 3 days of end of auction.
PAYING BY MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK (U.S. BUYERS ONLY)
Winning bidder must immediately e-mail seller intent to pay by money order, and must also e-mail seller the money order number WITHIN 3 days of end of auction. Money order must be received within 10 days of end of auction. No money orders accepted on international shipments.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable. All shipping & handling costs are shown in every listing either by a "Flat Rate" or by using the "Shipping Calculator" at the bottom of the listing. If you have any questions, they must be asked before you place your bid or select "Buy-It-Now". For shipping & Handling rates outside the continental U.S. you must e-mail us for a quote prior to bidding (see "Shipping Outside the Continental USA" below). We do offer discounted rates for multiple purchases shipped in the same carton, please e-mail us for a quote before placing your bid or making your purchase through Buy-It-Now.
INSURANCE
SHIPPING VIA USPS – Insurance is optional unless otherwise specified. Seller not responsible or liable for damage to items during shipping if insurance is declined.
SHIPPING VIA UPS – In most cases insurance is included in shipping and handling cost. In the rare case insurance is not included, listing will specify option for insurance.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.
Bidders should contact seller for shipping rates BEFORE placing any bids. Winning bidder responsible for all shipping costs on any items shipped outside the continental U.S. Please be advised, that ever since "9/11", international shipments are subject to inspection at random which can delay delivery. We have no control over this. If shipment is not received within specified time, chances are this is the case. Please be patient, The usual delay time when this does occur is about an extra 2-4 weeks. Remember - this is for everyone's safety so be thankful and patient. If item is not received with 60 days though, please let us know, some international shipments can be tracked.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All sales final. No returns or refunds for any reason other than those specified under OUR GUARANTEE TO BIDDERS.
OUR GUARANTEE TO BIDDERS
We take the utmost care in selecting, listing, and shipping items listed for sale on E-Bay. Should your item not be as described in the listing, or in the condition listed (we are human, we do make an occasional mistake), we will replace the item at our cost (if similar item available), or have you return the item (at our cost) for a full refund. This is the only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
LOST OR NOT RECEIVED ITEMS - If you purchase optional insurance or insurance was included, you will receive a refund in full. Please note, claims for lost items may take up to 90 days to be settled, and the winning bidder must comply to all requests for information to assist us in settling any claim with the insurance carrier. Seller is not liable for loss or damage in transit when insurance is offered and declined by the buyer.
DAMAGED ITEMS - Should your item be damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, you will receive a refund in full providing you comply with the following. Please note, claims for damaged items may take up to 90 days to be settled, and the winning bidder must comply to all requests for information to assist us in settling any claim. Do NOT throw out any of the original packaging or contents as it may be required by the insurance company. You must have the original shipping carton and all contents and return to seller if requested or claim may be denied.
NON PAYMENT BY WINNING BIDDER
Any failure by winning bidder to pay in full for the winning bid amount, plus any applicable shipping costs will result in notification to E-Bay of Agreement To Purchase Auction Item Won violation. A strike will be issued to the buyers account and negative feedback will also be left. When you place a bid, it's the same as going to a live auction and committing to purchase the item. It is illegal to not make payment once you have placed a bid and won the auction. We will take any and all steps to collect payment as allowed by law.
