Once part of a child’s dinner set, is a little soup bowl decorated in a chocolate brown garden design of flowers and a trellis. The roses and leaves encircle the rim and the trellis is a crosshatch pattern made of circles and dots.
In very good condition with no cracks or chips. Light-bodied and well potted. Covered in a shiny glaze finish. Marked with incised ‘16’. Measures 3 ½” wide and 5/8” tall.
This sweet tiny bowl most likely was made in Staffordshire, England, mid 1800s- 1900. Will ship 1st class for lowest postage.
