This lace fabric is a special find! With a gallooned scalloped edge, no hemming is necessary. An intricate lace with a detailed Pisa Paisley motif has an '80s vintage appearance. All-Over lace works very well in creating an over layer on a dress or skirt. Great for lingerie!
