Chinese designed paper note pad. 

This is a 7 1/2 inch by 4 inches folding note pad holder with Chinese designs front and back.  It contains a note pad with similar designs front and back.  A few of the sheets have been used and torn out, but the majority of pages are still intact.  The outer designed material is sewn onto the paper at the top and bottom.  There are 2 pouches on the inside cover.  There are no markings on the item.
