Overall View | Description: Charming little oval porcelain earrings painted in enamel. Set in sterling silver post findings. The ovals are a mere ¾" by ½" yet are incredibly detailed. For sale by the artist. They are signed by the artist, Nan Kilgore Little of Little Works Studio and come registered with a certificate of authenticity, protected in a little silken purse. $7.00 Priority Mail shipping and handling, $4 internationally by First Class Mail International
Nan Kilgore Little studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore. Her paintings are influenced by the full range of art history while developing a very unique personal style. The artist works in a range of media from watercolor to bronze. Paintings exhibit a particular luminescent manner by implementation of multiple layers of translucent colors. This quality is also apparent in her miniature paintings with her jewelry and Objets d'Art pieces. Nan's work has been collected all over the United States and abroad. She has been published in books and many specialty breed periodicals. She is a member artist of the AKC Museum of the Dog Artist Registry with a featured exibition in the summer of 2006.
