We do not use the USPS "Global" rates that PayPal automatically shows when shipping out of the USA. We use the less costly "FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL." 3. If YOU WANT IT SHIPPED by a more expensive rate, or if you want it insured, you must contact us to say so. 4. Even though we use a lower rate than PayPal shows, you can still PAY for the postage and handling through PayPal. You can USE OUR CHART to figure out the amount of postage plus Wrapping & Handling to include through PayPal, combined with the amount of the Winning Bid. If this seems too complicated, you can simply contact us after winning the bid, we will tell you the postage. 5. If you don't include the right amount of Postage & Handling, we will contact you and tell you to how much to add to your PayPal payment. 6. NOTE: We charge a $3 wrapping & handling fee for ALL packages sent outside of the USA (for wrapping, standing in line at the Post Office, filling out the customs form, etc.). We try to do several at a time because it sometimes takes 30 minutes to stand in line. [So you will know, we lose time when we have to go to the post office, whereas sending within the States can be done with mailing lables produced on the computer for only $0.14 ... and no waiting in line at the Post Office.]
