Chinese Mudman Mud Man Fisherman Marked China 787 - 9"

This is 9" high by 4 1/2" wide left to right, by about 4 1/4" deep front to back not including the "fishing pole". It is a chinese figure of a fisherman. He is carrying a large catch in one hand and has a removable thin bamboo pole in the other with a tiny clay fish dangling off the end of a string attached to the pole. He us made of a brown clay and hollow cast. He has lovely facial features, unfortunately my photos don't do it justice, with pierced eyes and his upper teeth showing below his mustache. It has an incised, pressed in the clay mark, it says China 787. There is a small piece blue green tape stuck on the bottom. The little fish on the pole has a very rough spot on his belly but it looks like that is where he sat while the glaze was drying. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Buyer prepays + shipping.
