This unusually shaped MILK PITCHER has a CHINESE RED glaze and was mostlikely made at one of the COLE Potteries. It looks like the work of A.R. Cole, but is unsigned. Chinese red is exceptionally hard to master, and a beautiful glaze when mastered. This vase is shaded from bright red to a deep maroon, which shows the variation of the kiln's heat during the glazing process. This pitcher is in very good condition. I could see no chips or cracks, but there are a couple ofglazing 'pops'. Take a look at the attached photos and judge this piece for yourself. What a wonderful addition to your collection this would be! The pitcher measures 4 3/4" across the bottom, 7" from handle-to-front, 3 7/8" across the top, 4 1/8" fron spout-to-back at top, 5 1/8" deep and 6" to top of handle. This beauty can be yours for the bargain "BUY IT NOW" price of just $49.95.
