US domestic continental buyers of 48 states pay $169 shipping charge for trucking terminal pickup. Resident curb site delivery can be arranged with $85 additional fee. For NYC customer please call for additional NYC delivery charge. (Lift gate service can also be requested with additional charge). Customer from Hawaii, Alaska, US Island and Canada pays extra shipping cost. Insurance and handling charge are included in the shipping cost. In store pick up is highly welcomed if you are in San Francisco Bay Area. (No charged)
