Item Condition Explanations:
*Brand New - Item never been removed from original factory sealed package
*New - Item That has never been used, box may have been opened
*Like New - Item that looks like new and shows no obvious signs of use
*Mint - Item that may have been used but shows little signs of wear
*Used - Used item that shows signs of wear
*Well Used - Used item that shows heavy wear
*AS-IS - Means the product is either damaged or failed our testing. We do not attempt
any repair of such and sell it "AS-IS" This product is not eligible for return for any reason.
We try to accurately describe the conditions present during testing. However this does
not guarantee you the same results.
After the Auction:
Bid + Win = Pay Don't Want To Pay then Don't Bid
Winning bidder will be contacted within 48 hours of the auction's end.
Initial contact from the buyer is required within 3 business days.
Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the auction ending date.
Items not paid for will be re-listed 10 days after the auction has ended and a non-paying bidder strike will issued on bidder with negative feedback

Shipping:
Most items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipment may be delay due to check/e-check clearing 14-21 days.
Winners of multiple auctions may be able to combine shipments for a shipping discount.
(2-4 auction = 20% total shipping discount 5+ auctions = 35% total shipping discount)
Multiple auctions must be paid for on the same invoice in order to receive this discount. Please request a combined shipping invoice for multiple items.
We ship items Fedex and USPS. Item's of $50 or more will only be shipped Fedex . Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped signature required. Shipping method is at our discretion.
We will gladly ship to any of the continental 48 states for all items.
Any customers wishing to have their item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must contact us prior to bidding to receive approval and quotes where necessary Shipping to AK or HI will require additional fees and arrival time will be delayed. If prior approval was not acquired prior to making payment, your money will be refunded.

Return Policy:
We do not issue Refunds or Replacements for any AS-IS auctions.
In the event an error in the listing or product occurs we MUST be notified within 7 days of Receiving.
Depending on the product, we may either have you return the product for a refund or exchange.
Damage claims are investigated and verified. Serial number or infrared watermark will be authenticated.
Unsubstantiated returns will be refused and returned at your cost.
We will not accept returns on new or unopened items and we do not refund international shipping cost.
