If an item is damaged during transit Edrop-off Express will file the claim, refund may take up to 30 days depending on the claim process.

eDrop-off Express liability is limited to actual damages, but in no event more than the sales price. Edrop-off Express is NOT liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. If additional insurance is not purchased the buyer is fully responsible to file a damage claim.
