The items, primarily jerseys, are all legally obtained items that are officially licensed products.  I do not purchase anything from overseas.  Every item in my store is obtained here in the USA and all the new items are guaranteed to be genuine not knock offs.  Since I purchase in bulk I do not have control over the retail tagging on each jersey.  Some of the jerseys come fully tagged, others have no retail tagging at all.  If retail tags are important to you, please ask before you purchase the jersey to assure it is what you want.  I attempt to show in the pictures the retail tag if the jersey has them.  When I sell out of a jersey,  I will probably not get anymore of that exact same jersey again.   New items can be returned as long as they are in the same new condition as they are sent.  The buyer must contact me before returning item so that I know that it is coming and why.  I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling charges, unless the issue was my error and then I will pay shipping or work with you on making the issue correct. 

I do sell some pre-owned items and these items are "as-is" sales.  This fact will be in the narrative.  On these pre-owned items I can not guarantee the quality/maker of the item since I did not make the purchase new.

I am a home based business and attempt to make contact with each buyer when I have completed the packing and shipping process, providing you with a date and confirmation number from the postal service that you may check on the progress of the shipping.  I usually ship within 24 hours of payment, making one trip to the post office a day.
