Payment and Shipping

In order to ensure that you and I are both protected and you can get your product quickly I have come up with the following guidelines:

Payment:  I accept Paypal and Money Orders.  When you are paying with Paypal you need to use your confirmed address.  Payments are due within 10 days.

Shipping:  I ship only FedEx and therefore cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's or anywhere outside of the USA.  This ensures that you get your item very quickly.  FedEx also includes insurance up to $100 on every package making it very competitive with other shipping companies.  You will be sent a tracking number automatically after the package has been picked up.  If for some reason you do not get that email 2 business days after you have paid please email me and I will send you the tracking information.  I have been very happy with FedEx's services and I think you will be too. I mark all of my packages "no signature required" so if this is a problem where you live, please tell me and I will require a signature. I am unable to ship to PO boxes, physical addresses only.

Returns:  I do not take returns on my items. I will not to sell something that has been shipped to a buyer and then back to me.  I would not want to buy something that someone else shipped back and I am guessing you wouldn't either. If this is a problem please do not bid.  Please ask all questions before placing a bid.  If you do have a problem when you get your item please email me.

Packaging:  About half of the time the packages that I use have writing on them and/or are torn. The items inside the package and always new and perfect (unless I say so otherwise in the description).  How do I know? Because I have carefully checked them.  I also use recycled cardboard boxes to ship my items. I feel it is the most responsible thing to do.
