Please contact us within three days of purchase to let us know how you will be paying for your purchase. Payment is appreciated within 7 days of purchase. In most cases we will ship your purchase within 24 of receipt of cleared payment. Shipment for items paid by echeck will be held until the echeck clears, usually about 4 business days. We accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks.
We are happy to offer discounted combined shipping for most of our items. We will combine for purchases made within a 7 day period. In most cases we will ship your purchase within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. We ship Monday-Friday, with limited shipping capability on Saturday. We utilize flat rate boxes whenever possible. In most cases this means that we can ship 3-8 yards of home decor fabric for only $9. If you are overcharged on shipping when you go thru checkout using our standard rates, we will refund the overpayment when we process your shipping label. We offer USPS Priority Mail for most of our items. Occasionally we will offer First Class or Media Rate on items that qualify for those rates...and that will be included in the listing. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail, we will be happy to send you a new invoice with the appropriate shipping charge. Every package that we ship is fully insured at our expense...it's just a little extra peace of mind for you! You will never be charged for insurance when you shop with us.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. We are always happy to provide you with a small swatch of fabric if you are trying to match items in your home. Just drop us an email and we'll get it out to you ASAP. Because our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns.
