Baskets are hand assembled, packed with care and shipped same or next business day. Delivery is estimated at 4-8 days via standard UPS Ground service from metro-Denver.

As soon as it is available, we send you delivery tracking information. Please keep in mind that delivery dates may change. It is possible to follow the UPS in-transit progress online or by phone with UPS Customer Service using the tracking number.

Someone should be available to receive the item or contact UPS if a notice is left in lieu of the parcel. Leaving it unattended by a door, on a porch, etc, is at the sole discretion of the driver, and it will be returned after 3 failed delivery attempts. Providing the addressee's phone # when possible helps avoid delivery problems. Should the item be returned for delivery failure, refunds are subject to a deduction equal to our actual out-of-pocket expense for attempted delivery.

The delivering carrier is responsible for loss or damage in transit. Report damage/loss promptly as delayed notification could cause difficulty with a reimbursement claim.

For shipping to AK, HI, PO Boxes (including APO/FPO), and for all delivery addresses outside the lower 48 states, please email us with the desired delivery address prior to purchase. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, insured, and an additional charge will apply.

International shipments are declared in accordance with legal requirements. Taxes, duties, customs fees and/or other trans-border charges are not shipping or handling charges. They are the responsibility of the buyer, whether paid directly by the purchaser at the customs location, or paid to the delivering carrier who may add service fees for customs handling prior to delivery.
