We are in the Eastern standard time zone and are available at most times during the day almost everyday, However we do enjoy some time off too, so most of our work is done Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

SHIPPING

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.  If you require shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please email us for a shipping estimate.

We will combine shipping when ever possible.

Estimated Delivery times are longer than it usually takes to receive an item.  This is in case a problem arises that delays the shipment.

Items we have
Concerning the items that we ship from our location, we generally ship these within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Most of the time we ship them the next day, and sometimes we can ship them the same day providing the order is received in time. There are times when that is impossible, but we always do our best.

Items from suppliers
These items are from our suppliers who have various shipping times.  Generally as soon as we receive payment we order the item.  The supplier however does not start processing them until the next business day if ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.  These items will take a little longer to receive.  Their handling time ranges from 2 - 7 days, but is generally shipped within 2-3 days.

Out of stock
Please Note: We update the availability of products on a daily basis. We process your order as soon as possible after payment is received, however, there may be times when the stock is depleted, and your order cannot be completed as received. In this case, you will be notified of the out of stock item and asked if you would like for your product to be placed on backorder. All backorders are given immediate shipping priority as soon as the product is received in the warehouse.

Please contact us regarding all returns. We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your item.
